Supplements, checked before you buy.

Ever stood staring at a shelf of supplements, wondering what's actually in them? And why one costs twice as much as another, and whether it's really worth the extra? We lay it all out for you: every ingredient in plain words, fillers included, what a UK lab found when we tested it, and what each one really costs you per day. No guesswork. Just clear facts, and your call.

  1. Turn it round

The front tells you the name. The back tells you what's inside.

  2. Bring the small print into focus

Ingredients, amounts and directions, often in the smallest type on the pack.

  3. Every ingredient, explained

In plain words, with what it's there for.

Most supplements contain more than the main ingredient. A capsule needs a shell, and a powder may need help to flow. We list every ingredient on the label and what it's there for.

3 in 139

We looked at 139 supplements sold in the UK. Only 3 published a lab report.

Our own check of public product pages, October 2026.

That's why we're building SureVitz: to bring transparency to supplements, one product at a time.
